All special or custom orders are final sales and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. All custom orders are made to your specifications. It is your responsibility to notify LDC Home of any order discrepancies within 72 hours of placing the order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. LDChome.com stands behind delivering top-quality products, in excellent condition directly to the consumer with their complete satisfaction. LDC offers a 100% refund on uninstalled and unused merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling cost. If you received free shipping on the item being returned, the shipping and handling charge will be deducted from the return.
If your shipment is not satisfactory, we will happily replace it or accept a return of the merchandise, within the guidelines below.
* All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
* Merchandise must be purchased directly from LDChome.com.
* Merchandise must be in original manufacturers packaging, in resalable condition, free from any scratches and defects, and with all manuals and accessories.
* Merchandise cannot have been installed or any wires cut or modified.
* The customer is responsible for all freight charges on any return.
If a fixture is received with broken glass, please contact LDC within 7 days of receiving the fixture and replacement glass will be sent to you. Please leave in original packaging for claim reasons.
LDC Home custom orders may not be returnable or are subject to a greater restocking fee. Please contact us if you are uncertain about any of the return policy.
All discounted or sale items are considered final sale and are not returnable or refundable.
All returns must have a RGA (return good authorization) number. This can be received via email. This number must be on the shipping label as well as in the box with your contact name, address, and phone number. At the time of receiving your RGA number you will be given the ship to address where your merchandise must be sent to. Note: If you return a product to us without a RGA number, your return will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.
LDC Home does our best to process the return as quickly as possible. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported within 7 days in order to file a claim. Customer will take full responsibility if not reported within the time frame specified. |

| Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 2-5 days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by LDC only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
